 Cleveland House, St James's Square, London SW1
Replacing a 1960's building on a prominent corner position on the western side of St James's Square, one of London's best addresses, is a new building designed by Trehearne & Norman with 72,000 sq ft of office space together with 6 flats. The design features a classic Portland stone elevation extending over 200 feet along King Street, and incorporates the latest in modern building technology. The office building was completed in September 2000 and was sold to Harwood International, an American real estate company.

 Monopolis, 9 South Street, London W1
A new building of 48,000 sq ft, arranged over lower ground, ground and 6 upper floors. The building features elevations that sympathetically harmonise with the existing Mayfair streetscape, an impressive dual entrance reception, and floor plates of 4,500 to 7,500 sq ft designed to optimise tenant layouts. The building was completed in May 2000, seven weeks ahead of programme, and then fully let. The property has now been sold.

 54 Pall Mall, London SW1
A 20,000 sq ft building located on the north side of Pall Mall close to the junction with St James' Street. Behind a part listed façade, a new building has been constructed which features a striking central atrium with glazed walkways leading from a central lift core. The building was sold to Kuwait Oil.

 111 Strand, London WC2
City & West End have replaced three dilapidated buildings with a new office and retail scheme comprising 40,000 sq ft. The scheme was designed by Michael Squire and Partners and was completed in the autumn of 2002. The building was fully let and then sold.

 7 & 8 St James's Square, London SW1
City & West End are to redevelop 7 & 8 St. James’s Square and 7 Apple Tree Yard with Hermes. The project includes a state of the art office building of 72,200sqft at 8 St James’s Square and an 8,800sqft office building with 2,400sqft of residential accommodation as well at 7 St James’s Square, which is Grade II listed. Work will begin in mid 2007, with completion due in 2009.

 10 Old Burlington Street, London W1
City & West End and Standard Life are redeveloping a number of properties in Old Burlington Street and Savile Row on the Pollen Estate. Planning permission was obtained for a complete redevelopment of 10 Old Burlington Street behind retained facades to provide new offices totalling 40,500sqft on lower ground, ground and five upper floors. 12,200sqft of retail space with frontage to both Savile Row and Old Burlington St will also be provided. As part of the planning permission, residential accommodation will be included within two buildings in Maddox Street. Work is scheduled to complete in January 2007.

 One Vine Street, London W1
City & West End and The Crown Estate are redeveloping 83-97 Regent Street, 16-20 Swallow Street, all Grade II listed buildings, together with 12 Swallow Street and 10-13 Vine Street. The scheme comprises 18,000sqft of retail space on lower ground, ground and part first floor, 55,000sqft of offices on part first, second to fourth and part fifth floors, together with 7 apartments on part fifth and sixth floors. Construction work is currently underway and completion is scheduled for Spring 2008.

 Times Place, 45 Pall Mall, SW1
In 1995 six freehold buildings in St James’s were acquired. Vacant possession and planning consent were obtained. The scheme comprised modern air conditioned office accommodation totalling 60,000sqft in the Pall Mall building, arranged on lower ground, ground and seven upper floors. The design is striking and the quality of the floor space excellent. As planning gain for the increased offices, a separate residential block was built at 8 & 9 Rose and Crown Yard. A small self contained office building was built at 10 - 11 Rose and Crown Yard. The redevelopment was forward funded by Deka and completed in 1997.

 50 Pall Mall, SW1
This building was acquired vacant in 1994. Planning consent was achieved for a modern air conditioned office building on lower ground, ground and five upper floors, totalling 35,000sqft, behind a retained Edwardian Baroque façade. The space is of a very high quality and incorporates an atrium with a nine storey high mirrored wall, one of the tallest in London. This was the first speculative development to start in St James’s in the early 1990’s. The scheme was sold in 1996 to Barclays Bank for their own occupation.

 84 South Audley Street, W1
The original buildings on this prominent corner site in Mayfair were substantially demolished and redeveloped to provide 43,000sqft of office space with five flats. Behind the period style facades the office space is modern and open plan. On completion the project was one of the highest quality schemes available in the West End. The building was let to Zeneca as their headquarters.
