This property, which was acquired in 1999, is next door to Film House and consolidates the Wardour Street frontage of the whole site. It comprises 8,250 sq ft of offices which were refurbished and let to Radical Media. The property formed part of a redevelopment scheme with the adjacent Film House, St Anne's Court, 10-12 Carlisle Street. Planning permission was obtained for 140,000 sf of office, retail and residential accommodation. The properties were sold in 2004.

A landmark office building designed by Sir Norman Foster and completed in 1990, this property was acquired by City & West End in 1998. It comprises 240,000 sq ft of office space over lower ground, ground and 7 other floors and features an impressive atrium, and reception with feature aquarium. The principal tenant is ITN: other tenants included Reuters, Granada Media plc, ITV Networks and SJ Berwin. A second connecting building at 214 Gray's Inn Road provides an 85-place car park and further 40,000 sq ft of space. This building is also fully let. City and West End sold the building in 2001 but continued to provide an asset management service to the new owners, until its resale in October 2005.

This property was acquired in 1998 and features an imposing Grade II listed former banking hall comprising 16,700 sq ft and 12,750 sq ft of office accomodation, fronting Burlington Gardens, Savile Row and Old Burlington Street. The offices were let to Davenport Lyons. The banking hall was vacant and CWE obtained retail use and let the space to Prada as the flagship store for their Jil Sander label. This building was then sold.
